Video: Snatch Thief Pretends To Fill Petrol Before Robbing Victim At Sungai Buloh Fuel Station

Time and time again we’re reminded that danger is inevitable no matter where you are. As people living in dangerous times, all we can do is just be careful, sometimes extra careful.

This incident that happened at a Caltex Fuel Station at Paya Jaras, Sungai Buloh will definitely chill you as the crime happened so unexpectedly. According to Info Roadblock JPJ/Polis, the CCTV footage at 9am showed how the snatch thief was merely pretending to pour fuel.

After a few moments, one of the thieves suddenly snatched the bag from the unsuspecting victim while the thief’s partner stayed on the motorcycle.

The victim struggled and even tried to run after the thieves but it was too late and the thieves managed to escape. The victim is said to be a 70-year-old woman who was robbed of RM200 in cash and some important documents. Thankfully, she was not injured in any way.

Always be alert when you’re in public and especially when you’re crossing the road where snatch thieves on motorcycles can easily snatch your valuables. All it takes is one second!  Kudos to heroic Malaysians for their quick actions.
