As Ireland’s capital city of Dublin is currently experiencing severely hot weather, a business owner there has decided to issue a notice to his customers that his shop will not accept any money stored in bras.

Weird? Yes, but let’s face it, no one wants to touch someone’s cash that has just been pulled out from a sweaty bra, especially during this pandemic.

The owner, often referred to by the locals as Mattress Mick, issued the urgent notice as his mattress shop has dealt with such scenarios before. As reported by Lad Bible, Mattress Mick (real name: Michael Flynn) put up a notice in front of his shop that displays,

“NO BRA MONEY. Due to increasing temperatures, and for our own personal safety, we will NOT be accepting any bra money. Sorry for any inconvenience.”

He also shared the notice on this shop’s official page explaining the whole reasoning behind the ban. Furthermore, Flynn mentioned that due to soaring heat waves across Dublin and on going safe trading with social distancing, they want to urge all customers to not pay them with cash from their bras.

Instead, the business advised people to be a bit more conventional and keep their hard-earned cash in their purses or handbags at all times.
